Rotisserie Prime Beef with Aus Jus and a side of Horseradish Cream Sauce Served with Sweet Potato Souffle and grilled Asparagus Spears

Surf and Turf, 6 oz Filet topped with Shrimp and Cajun Cream Sauce, Served with Cream Cheese and Chive Mashed and Grilled Zucchini

Osso Bucco, Braised Pork Shank with Tomato Demi Reduction served over Cream Cheese and Chive Mashed with Grilled Asparagus Spears

Fresh Flounder stuffed with Crabmeat, served with Risotto and topped with Lemon Chive Bur Blanc sauce and Grilled Zucchini

New Year’s Eve Carolina Beach style!

Carolina Beaches New Year’s Eve festivities is a new event this year. It will begin at 9:00pm at the boardwalk. The whole event is family friendly and will feature dancing to music played by a DJ, refreshments and a raffle, with the winner becoming the proud owner of the original artwork that has been used for the fundraiser cards and ornaments this year.
Then the count down begins with the lowering of a lighted beach ball, after which the New Year’s Eve fireworks begin.
So don’t miss this new event at Carolina Beach, NC. It is sure to be a big success and continue for many years to come.
We can thank the Island of Lights volunteer committee for this new festival.
We would suggest that you wear warm comfortable clothes and bring a blanket to cuddle up in just in case it gets chilly.
